When it comes to music production, mixing and mastering are crucial steps that can make or break a song. To demonstrate this, I compared two versions of the same song, one before the mix and mastering, and the other after. The pre-mix version was raw and unpolished, with imbalanced levels and undefined instruments. But the post-mix version was a completely different story. It was more refined, polished, and had a more professional sound. If you’re an aspiring musician or producer, this is a great example of the importance of mixing and mastering.
